Hidden Kingdom - Exhibition Marketing & Illustration
In 2021 I created a series of illustrated art prints featuring beetles, butterflies and moths, which I sold through my Etsy shop. Rediscovering the illustrations years later felt like an opportunity to see them differently and explore how they could live within a graphic design project.
Hidden Kingdom is a fictional exhibition created for the Natural History Museum, celebrating the often-overlooked world of insects. The project reimagines the original illustrations as part of a contemporary museum identity, applied across posters, wayfinding, social media and merchandise.
The aim was to transform a personal illustration project into a cohesive visual campaign, using typography, layout and branding to give the work a new context.
